Maintenance and Routine Care Instructions
CAUTION!
The instructions below shall apply to regular conditions of use. In severe conditions (such as dust
nuisance) and longer periods of workdays, it is necessary to shorten the intervals as appropriate.
Always stop the machine when repairing/maintaining it!
Prior to getting down to work, always check

Refuelling:
Mix lead-free petrol with air-cooled 2-stroke engine oil at ratio 1:25. Meaning the e.g. 0.2 litre oil should be added in 5 litres of
petrol.

Release the air filter screw and remove the cover.

Check the component. Replace any damaged parts
3.
Clean the parts with petrol, blow it through and wipe dry. Clean the air filter with
petrol as well, squeeze or blow dry

Fit the air filter and the cover back, fix with a screw.

Undo the spark plug using a spark plug spanner.
2.
Clean the spark plug and check the distance of ignition spark. It should be ca
0.6 – 0.7 mm. Any damaged or worn plugs should be replaced with new ones
Failure to do so may result in damage of the machine
3.
Screw the park plug on the cylinder head. If you have a torque spanner, tighten
the ignition plug to ca 10-15 Nm.
NOTICE! Make sure that the thread of the plug and that of the cylinder head are
clean. No dirt should get in the cylinder head. Be very careful when doing the
cleaning with the ignition plug demounted.
