Garden Vac and Blower Supplementary Safety Rules
•
Always switch the engine off before setting up or maintaining the machine.
•
Make this instruction manual accessible to anybody working with the machine.
•
Use this machine to vacuum leaves only. It is not suitable to handle larger pieces of wood or stones. That might result in
damage of the machine and thus to increase risk to the user.
•
Always arrange for adequate lighting.
•
Do not use the vac in the proximity of flammable liquids and gases.
•
Observe the regulations of proper working apparel.
•
Only persons of age are allowed to use the machine. Apprentices of a minimum age of 16 years are allowed to use the vac if
supervised.
•
Children, the ill and the weak should be kept at a safe distance when the machine is being used. Check the machine for
damages. Do not use it if it is defective or damaged. .
•
Have the machine repaired in an authorised servicing centre.
•
Do not attempt repairs by yourselves. Only an authorised servicing centre is allowed to do repairs.
•
Be careful not to stumble in the area of the vac.
•
If possible, the operator of the machine should not be distracted.
•
The machine protective devices shall not be removed or put out of operation in any way.
•
Damaged or defective protective devices should be replaced immediately.
•
If you are disturbed in the course of sawing work, behave cautiously before you have to adjust your attention to a new
situation.
•
Check all the screw, nuts and other joint regularly for strength.
•
Never store instrument and materials above the machine that they could fall down on.
•
Do not overload the machine, otherwise it would run slower and will tend to get overheated.
•
Do not attempt removing the leaves collecting bag while the machine is running. That should be done only with the engine
stopped.
•
If you want to put a defect right, stop the machine first.
•
Adjustment, measurement, cleaning etc. may be done only after the machine was stopped.
•
Do not leave the working area unattended without stopping the engine.
•
Following repair or maintenance of safety and protection devices, they should be re-installed correctly.
•
It is unconditional that safety regulations effective in the given place of use are general knowledge together with the other
commonly recognised safety regulations.
•
While working, always pay attention to standing firmly and keeping balance.
•
Check the machine for any signs of damage on a regular basis.
•
Before using the machine, it is unconditional to check the safety devices. Make sure that all the parts, apparently only slightly
damaged, work properly.
•
Check the working condition of all the moving parts. Primarily, pay attention to any damage and stuck parts. Any parts should
be installed correctly and meet all the conditions of perfect functioning.
•
Unless otherwise stated in this manual, an authorised servicing centre should repair/replace the damaged parts and safety
devices
•
Have any damaged switches replaced at an authorised servicing centre.
•
This machine meets any respective safety provisions. Only qualified electricians at authorised servicing centres are allowed
to do repairs, using original spare parts. Non-observance will give a rise to the risk of accidents.
•
Eye protection must be used.
•
Ear protectors must be worn.
•
Do not use the vac when your concentration capacity is impaired by effect of drugs, alcohol or fatigue.
Accessories
Thanks to modern manufacturing methods, it is not very likely, that your new tool would be defective or that some parts would be
missing. If, despite that, something is not all right, please, do not use the tool until the defect is put right or the parts replaced.
There is a serious risk of material and personal harms.

The machine is allowed to be used for the given purpose only. Any use different from the intended use is considered an abuse. If
this is the case, only the user shall be held liable for any damage. The manufacture is not liable to perform any guarantee then.
Before initial use of machine
Warning! Before starting the garden vac and blower check to see that it is reliable and serviceable. Do not start it if in doubt.
Pay attention to the points listed below primarily:
•
Switches working condition
•
Correct installation of suction/blowing tube
•
Easy run of all switches
•
Safely installed spark plug. If the plug is loose, sparkle may occur and the fuel-air mixture may consequently ignite.
•
Handgrip should be kept clean in order to handle the vac safely.
Before starting the machine, all the safety and protection devices should be in place and installed properly.
