8. ADAPTING THE DOUBLE-CHAMBER FRYER TO ANOTHER TYPE OF GAS:
1. Replace the nozzles on the main burners - cut off the gas supply, open the door, unscrew the covers.
There are two main burners under the covers. Unscrew the screws that lock the air regulators. Then
unscrew the nozzles in the sockets. New nozzles should be selected in accordance with Table 7.1.
