• The device must be connected to the equipotential system. The appropriate clamp is located near the
cable entry (junction box)
• Elements that do not need to be adjusted when changing the power supply cannot be adjusted by the
installer.
• Using fryer for purposes other than those foreseen in the manual may be hazardous and may cause an
accident.
• Before using the appliance, wash it thoroughly with water and detergent (chamber, basket, base, counter
top). Then fill the chamber with water and cook for several minutes. Then rinse the tank with clean water.
• Do not operate the appliance without oil or if there is not enough oil (below the minimum level).
• Products put into the basket should be dry to avoid foaming in the oil
• In case of fire, close the gas supply to the appliances and use a fire extinguisher - fire protection system.
• The oil wears out (the color darkens); remember to replace the oil regularly. Used oil has a lower ignition
temperature, which can cause a fire. In addition, oil should be filtered regularly
• In case of fire flaring up from the bowl, carefully turn off the gas supply and the electrical supply paying
attention so that such operations will not put anyone in danger. Put the cover on the bowl, use a suitable
extinguisher for oils and fats (Fire class F) to choke the flames and then, should this be necessary, call
firefighters
In case of suspected gas escape, do not: use open flames (e.g.: light matches, smoke cigarettes, etc.), turn
on or off electrical appliances (bell or light switch), or use other electrical and mechanical devices that cause an
electric or shock hazard. In this case, immediately shut down the gas tank valve or shut off the gas system and
vent the room, and then call a qualified person to remove the cause.
• In the event of gas escaping from a leaky installation, immediately shut off the gas supply by
means of a shut-off valve and disconnect the appliance from the power supply with current
protection.
• In the event of gas leaking from a leaky gas tank valve place a wet blanket on the tank to cool it
down and close the valve on the tank. After cooling down, take the tank outdoors. It is forbid-
den to reuse damaged tanks.
• In the case of a few days of downtime, close the main valve on the gas system, or, if using a gas tank, close
after each use.
• Do not open the valve on the gas connection or the tank valve without first checking that all gas valves on
the unit are closed.
• Turn off the gas supply on the control panel and close the shut-off valve after use and during cleaning
2. PURPOSE OF THE DEVICE
The 700 series gas fryers are designed for professional use in mass caterers, bars, restaurants, etc. The applian-
ces are designed for deep frying.
The fryer should not be used in any manner other than intended in the manual.
