FITTING INSTRUCTIONS

•
It is advisable to support the engine with a jack and block of
wood/plastic as shown in picture 1 to prevent any engine movement
when the original engine bolts are loosened/removed (do not use
excessive lifting forces as damage can occur).
Off-side (right side as you sit on the motorcycle)
• Remove the nut arrowed in picture 2.
Near-side (left side as you sit on the motorcycle)
• Remove the bolt as shown in picture 3.
• Remove the upper frame bolt as shown in picture 4.
• Remove the nut, washer and bolt as shown in pictures 5 and 6.
• Place one of the washers (item 4) onto one of the 70mm long hex head bolts
(item 3) as shown in picture 7.
