You must not exceed the maximum permitted load for the trolley and/or shelves; otherwise, there
is a risk that the trolley may tip over and/or be damaged. A trolley and/or utensils tipping over can
cause injuries.
You will find the maximum load on the rating plate or in the "Technical data" chapter in these op-
erating instructions.

Model with sneeze guard
The optional sneeze guard must not be subjected to any load.
The corresponding prohibition sign is attached to the top of the sneeze guard.
Model with shelf
The shelf mountable on the long side is designed to hold a loaded tray and must not be loaded
with heavy objects.
The maximum permitted load is 5 kg.

trolley with castor brakes
Always secure the trolley against rolling away by applying the castor brakes. The trolley can
cause injuries and damage to property if allowed to roll away accidentally.

Always park trolley without castor brakes to ensure that it is secure and cannot move of its own
accord. The trolley can cause injuries and damage to property if allowed to roll away acciden-
tally.
change of location
Only push the trolley; do not pull (except when traversing thresholds or steps).
Always push the trolley with two hands on the push handle rail. Depending on the weight of
the trolley, if you push it with just one hand you might not be able to apply the brakes quickly
enough.
Pull the trolley carefully over thresholds or steps without using excessive force to ensure you do
