It is imperative that the trolley is checked immediately after delivery for damage (visual inspec-
tion).
Document any damage incurred during transport (description of defect) on the waybill in the
presence of the carrier.
Have the carrier confirm the damage (signature).
Keep the trolley and submit a complaint to BLANCO Professional about the damages and
include the waybill.

Do not accept the trolley and have the carrier return it to BLANCO Professional.

This procedure ensures that damage claims are handled correctly. The trolley recipient must
provide suitable proof if transport damage is reported at a later point in time.
The scope of delivery contains the following as standard:
• Trolleys
• Operating instructions with URL code and QR code for more detailed digital original operat-
ing instructions.
You will find the exact scope of delivery and the trolley model on the delivery documentation.
Open the transport packing at the designated opening points. Do not rip or cut it!
Check the scope of delivery.
Remove any protective film from the trolley.
