In pH, a value close to pH 7.00 is
displayed in all solutions.
In mV, displays:
"1999" and "* SOS * mV *"

Check the 230V supply.
Check the connection of the power supply unit to
the power connector.
Check the connection of the temperature probe
Check the value of the probe
(107Ω at 20°C)
Check that the conductivity cell is correctly
immersed.
Check the connection of the cell.
Check the condition of the cell.
If necessary, replace it, or perform tests with pure
resistances.
For 1kΩ the value displayed 1000µS.
You are over the range limit.
Switch to the next higher range.
Check the immersion of the electrode.
