9. Setup menu

a) In general
The camera has a wide-ranging setup menu. The special button to be used for this operation is
hidden under a small cover.
In the setup menu, various settings can be carried out, including the language for the setup
menu. You can also reset the settings to the defaults here.
Remove the two screws and remove the cover; see
image to the right.
The special button visible there can be moved to se-
lect functions like a mini joystick (for the order of the
directions, see image to the right):
to the left
to the right
S upward
F downward
To select or confi rm, press the button briefl y (like a
normal button).
After you have carried out your desired settings, re-
place the cover and screw it into place securely.
b) Call up/leave the setup menu, store settings
After you have removed the cover, briefl y press the button. The setup menu is shown in the pic-
ture of the connected monitor.
If you want to set the language for the setup menu (default is English), follow Chapter 9. n).
To store all settings, select "SAVE ALL" and briefl y press the button.
If the setup menu is closed without the settings being saved, they will be lost if the camera
is disconnected from the power supply!
To leave the setup menu, select "EXIT" and confi rm with a brief press of the button. The menu
overlay then disappears from the monitor image.
