MODEL DESCRIPTION

All Models

Hatco Frost Top Drop-In Shelves are reliable and versatile.
Each unit has an insulated, stainless steel and aluminized steel
housing. The bottom of the recessed frost top enclosure is
covered with a copper evaporator coil to provide even cooling
from edge to edge. A 1" NPT drain in the recessed enclosure is
standard on all units except the FTB-3/4 and FTB-1. Frost Top
Drop-In Shelves are controlled by a digital temperature
controller and a Power I/O (on/off) Switch housed in a single,
remote-mountable control panel. The control panel is connected
to the condensing unit with a 48" (1219 mm) power cord. A 6'
(1829 mm) power cord and plug connected to the control panel
provides power to the entire unit. All models are designed to be
mounted to the topside of various types of countertop material
including stainless steel, wood, Corian, Swanstone, etc... Hatco
Frost Top Drop-In Shelves are designed, manufactured, and
tested to maintain safe food holding temperatures.
The ecoization logo identifies products designed to reflect
Hatco's commitment to improving, protecting, and preserving
the global environment. Hatco Frost Top Drop-In Shelves
qualify for the ecoization logo through the use of eco-friendly
insulation as well as a highly efficient condensing unit.

FTB-x Models
FTB-X models are available in 3/4, one, two, and three pan
configurations. These models orient full-size sheet pans in the
standard position with the short side facing the customer.
FTB-Sx Models
FTB-SX models are available in two and three pan
configurations. These models are "slim" designed and orient
full-size sheet pans with the long side facing the customer. The
slim design allows easy, reachable access to everything on the
frost top.
NOTE: Sheet Pans are available for the Frost Top Drop-In
Shelves. Refer to the OPTIONS AND ACCESSORIES
section in this manual for details.
