PC. The LED light must be on while the
software is running.
TROUBLESHOOTING
• What should I do before loading the soft-
ware?
Make sure the resistance unit is not in stand-
by mode (low energy consumption) by che-
cking the LED light.
The LED light of the resistance unit on the
RealTour B+ is close to the power charger
connector.
If the LED light is blinksing, the device is
ready to be connected.
If it's off, the device must be activated:
- Resistance unit. Activate the resistance
unit with a little pedalling, or just remove and
reconnect the power charger connector.
It is now possible to load the software.
The software can now be loaded.
• The USB ANT dongle does not connect
("USB Dongle not found" error message)
Make sure that the flash drive is properly
connected to the USB port of the PC.
Install drivers (check the procedure in the
enclosed folder).
If the flash drive and its drivers are installed
properly but the ANT flash drive does not
connect, try disconnecting and reconnecting it
in the same USB port, then load the software.
• The hometrainer does not connect ("ANT
device not found" error message)
Make sure that the hometrainer is powered
up and the resistance unit LED light is blin-
king before loading the software.
The hometrainer enters stand-by mode (low
energy consumption) if it's powered up but
inactive for more than 5 minutes. The unit
cannot connect to the software if it's in stand-
by mode. Pedal for a few seconds at more
than 2 km/h to activate it. The resistance unit
LED light should now start blinking. Now try
re-loading the software.
If the hometrainer still does not connect, the
serial number of the resistance unit might
have been entered incorrectly into the softwa-
re. To make sure that the serial number of
the resistance is correct, check the software's
"Settings - Modify hometrainer device num-
ber" menu; the serial number must match the
number on the resistance unit (the serial
number can be found on the sticker, i.e. S/N:
1234). Re-load the software.
If it still does not connect, disconnect the
hometrainer from the power source and
remove the ANT flash drive from the PC.
Reconnect the hometrainer to the power
source and load the software.
When it's connected to the software/compu-
ter, the LED light of the hometrainer will
remain on.
• Heart Rate Monitor
If the software does not display the heart rate,
verify the following conditions:
-The heart rate monitor must be "ANT+"
(check for this feature in the manual supplied
with the heart rate monitor or at the manu-
facturer's website). Non-ANT+ heart rate
monitors (i.e. standard, Bluetooth, etc) are
not compatible:
- Wear the heart rate monitor BEFORE loa-
ding the software
- Enable the heart rate pickup from the menu
"settings -> Enable heart rate"
- Reset the "heart rate monitor serial num-
ber" from the "Settings - Edit hometrainer
device number" by flagging its setting and
selecting ok. Re-load the software
- Make sure that the heart rate monitor batte-
ries are charged
- Remove any possible source of interference
such as wireless devices, TVs, mobile phones,
and so on.

issue (i.e. Realtour B+), the Real software
version currently being used (i.e. 7.0.0.69),

can be found on the hometrainer) and the OS
of the computer (i.e. Windows 7 64 bit) in your
