BEFORE USING THE COOKER
Before starting to use the cooker, remove the
packaging materials in the oven, remove the
plastic film in which is wrapped the plate and

PRIMARY AIR AND SECONDARY AIR
To optimize the combustion it is necessary
to pay attention to guarantee a perfect mix
of wood (combustible) and air (supporter of
combustion). The primary air flows at the
bottom of the combustion chamber through
the wood holder grill and allows the com-
bustion. Operating on the primary air regu-
lator you can set the speed of combustion
and so the heat generated by the cooker.
The regulation works on an automatic de-
vice that acts on the desired temperature,

LIGHTING AND WORKING
To light the fire you can use well dried bro-
ken and thin wood together with the specific
products available in commerce. The combus-
tion may be difficult if the chimney is not hot.
The required time for heating depends on
the chimney itself and on the weather condi-
tions. Once the fire is correctly started, this

STARTING DEVICE
The models with oven, in order to allow an
easier lighting with cold chimneys, are en-
dowed with a starting key ruled by a rod
(picture 17). Thanks to this device, it is possi-
ble the direct connection between the com-

keeping it steady. With the secondary air
regulation you set the air flow entering in
the upper part of the cooker.
The secondary air allows the after-combus-
tion of the fumes, generating more heat
and knocking down the quantity of harmful
gas spreaded, making best both the render-
ing of the cooker and its impact on the envi-
ronment. After the combustion, we suggest
to close the air regulators in order to keep
the cooker warm for a longer time.

tible, to maintain the flame it is necessary to

ber with intervals depending on the quantity
of combustible inserted each time. The wood

this way, the result is a better draught. The
rod is to be extracted with cold kitchen and
shall be reinserted in when the combustion
is well under way.
