RECOMMENDED COMBUSTIBLES
S serie cookers are built to use wood for
burning. We recommend to use good qual-
ity wood, dry, seasoned (maintained for two
years in ventilated places an repaired from
rain) and possibly broken.
Using good quality wood is warranty of
good heating power and avoid the forming
of carbon residuals.

GENERAL NOTES
Wood fired cookers are easy to install; any-
way, you should be careful to avoid dam-
ages due to unskilfulness.
Do not drag the cooker, move it keeping it
lifted from the floor. The cooker must not
be moved making effort on the handrail or
on the handles. For cookers to be enclosed,
be sure to maintain the minimal safety dis-
tances in case of inflammable materials or
sensible to high temperatures as written in
table 1. The device must be installed on a
surface with enough charge capacity. If the
existent building does not satisfy this con-

dition, you must make the necessary adjust-
ments (for example you can use a plate to
distribute the weight). In case of floor made
of inflammable materials it is necessary to
put a fire-proof protection on the floor in
font of the fire door. The protection must
extend for a minimum of 50 cm in front and
for a minimum of 30 cm sideways over the
fire door. Be sure that the connection to the
chimney is duly made.
