Motion detection (PIR) and time lapse
The basic setting for time lapse mode is preset to 7 pm to 7 am the following day. If the camera is
in time lapse mode (TLS), the time lapse settings apply. If the camera is not in time lapse mode,
the settings for PIR mode apply.
Time lapse mode can be programmed for a preset time, such as 8 pm to 5 am. Then set the
intervals in which images are recorded. The camera continues in time lapse mode until the
setting is manually changed or the camera is turned off.
• Navigate to level "5". "PIR" and "TLS" flash on the LC display. Press ▲ or ▼ to select "PIR"
or "TLS" (time lapse). Confirm the selection by pressing the OK button.
• Depending on your selection, the LC display flashes "T-O PIR" (time-out) or "T-O TLS" and
level "6". Press the OK button to set the time-out period.
• The minutes flash on the LC display. In PIR mode, time-out can be set between 5 seconds
and 60 minutes. In time lapse mode, time-out can be set between 5 seconds and 10 minutes.
Press ▲ / ▼ to select the minutes. Press the OK button to confirm your selection.
• The seconds flash on the LC display. Press ▲ / ▼ to select the seconds. Press the OK
button to confirm your selection.
• If you have selected TLS (time lapse), "TLS" flashes as well as "S-19:00" (S = start, 19:00 =
time in HH:MM). Press the OK button to set the starting time.
• The hours flash on the display. Press ▲ / ▼ to set the hours between 0 to 23 in increments
of 1 hour. Press the OK button to confirm your selection.
• The minutes flash on the LC display. Press ▲ / ▼ to set the minutes from 0 to 59 in
increments of 1 minute. Press the OK button to confirm your selection.
