Setting Freewheeling
If the freewheeling interferes with learning to
ride the tricycle, you can lock the freewheel-
ing, thus establishing rigid forward and reverse
drive where the pedals always rotate.
– Press the freewheeling lock ring against
the wheel hub and turn the front wheel until
the ring engages in the wheel hub.
– Press the freewheeling lock ring as far as it
will go into the wheel hub (Fig. 39, A).
– To reset the freewheeling, pull out the free-
wheeling lock ring towards the fork.
Steering Lock Limiter
The PUKY Ceety tricycle features a steering
lock limiter that prevents your child turning the
handlebars too far, thus providing a safeguard
against injury or accident. Your child still has
suffi cient freedom of steering while playing.
Storage Tray
Danger of tipping over!
Do not stand on the storage tray. It
must not be used to carry another
child. Risk of tipping over.
