You can adjust the height and angle of the
push-bar to the most comfortable position.
– To adjust the height, press the snap-in
stud on the outer right into the bar and
pull the tubes apart or push them together
until the stud fully snaps into another hole
(Fig. 26, A).
– To adjust the handle, press in the large
pushbutton on the left-hand side, set the
handle to the required angle and release
the button. Move the handle until it can be
clearly felt to snap in (Fig. 26, B).
Locking Backrest
– Place the backrest in an upright position
and turn the fastener as far as it will go in
clockwise direction (Fig. 27, A). It should
now no longer be possible to tilt the back-
rest forward.
– To stow away or transport the tricycle you
can simply release the fastener by turning it
in anticlockwise direction and fold the back-
rest forward.
Fastening Seat Belt
– Guide the child's arms through the left and
right seat belt while making sure the belt is
not twisted.
– Pass the front part of the belt (Fig. 28, A)
between the child's legs and hold it with
one hand.
– First insert one buckle fully from above and
then the other. Both buckles must snap in
with an audible click.
– Adjust the length of the belt as required so
that the belt provides a fi rm hold but is not
too tight
– To unfasten the seat belt, press in the
bottom end of the buckle with one hand
(Fig. 29, A) and press the red locking but-
tons with the other hand (Fig. 29, B).
– Pull out the two parts with the red locking
buttons.
