Select the Tunnel
Selection Tunnel number.
Tunnel parameters:

Maximum load: therotical weight of the WE (only used to limitate the quantity of
product)

Minimum load: therotical weight of the WE (only used to limitate the quantity of
product)
n
Prog nb empty compart: to allocate prg of ≠ 0 for the empty compartment
n
Nb of compart. TUN: How many module Tunnel had
n
Nb of compartment conveyer belt: how many compartments in conveyor belt
Choice on any push button to go in the request mode

Tunnel mode:

Mode 1: Program = Binary, Transfer conveyor = Transfer Tunnel

Mode 2: Program = Miniterminal, Transfer conveyor = Miniterminal
n
Mode 3: Program = Binary, Transfer conveyor = Dedicated input
n
Mode 4: Program = Miniterminal, Transfer conveyor = Transfer Tunnel
n
Mode 5: Program = Miniterminal, Transfer conveyor = Dedicated input
Ext. Clock / Data prot. = New kannegiesser protocol (65 bits), Prog by time: 1s = prg 1.
Weight by time: 1s = 1 Kg
Weight by ana.I: weight information on analog input
T.O.M. mode: Time Out of Machine
Sig Stop act. : signal authorization to be able to stop the tunnel
Sig. Eject act. : signal authorization of ejection
Delay x 10s: time delay for all programs x 10
Weight corr.: weight compensation 1 batch on 2 = +1Kg
Kan.Press mode: injection in the Kannegiesser Press desynchronized
Ext clock/data prot. : New protocol "clock – Data" from Kannegiesser with a higher
frequency and more information.
