5.1

Mechanical connections

All mechanical installation work may be performed only by authorized trained
personnel, following local regulations.
All fasteners must be checked and re-tightened if necessary (they may have
loosened due to wide fluctuations in ambient temperature or vibrations).
5.2

Electrical connection

All electrical installation work may be performed only by authorized qualified
electricians, following local regulations.
Be sure to disconnect the equipment from the power supply, verify that
equipment is de-energized and make sure it cannot be turned back on before
any work on electrical components.
Observe the accident prevention regulations of the employer's liability
insurance associations (e.g. BGV A2) and/or your local regulations! Safety cut-
off switches are to be provided by the customer.
To ensure protection class IP 67, different sealing inserts for cables of 4 - 10
mm diameter are included in the product contents. Unused cable glands must
be sealed with blind inserts.
The "Base" version of the control is designed for 2 automatic washing
machines, 5 pumps (all with empty signal) and 3 dispensing lines.
Plug-ins can be used to expand the control to its maximum configuration level
(see chapter Control Upgrades).
