4.4  U sing the softkeys
The meter has four softkeys. The functions assigned to them change during operation depending
on the application. The assignment is shown on the bottom line of the screen.
In the measurement screen, the softkeys are assigned as follows:

4.5  S electing a measurement mode
Press the MODE softkey to switch between the different measurement modes.
The sequence of the alternating measurement modes is:
1. Conductivity
2. TDS
3. Salinity
4. Resistivity
5. Conducitivity ash
For the conductivity mode, the user can choose between the units "μS/cm & mS/cm" and "μS/m &
mS/m". This setting can be made in the conductivity menu (see "Menus and settings: Conductivi-
ty mea s ure m ent settings").
4.6  N avigating between menus
The meter display consists of a measurement frame, softkeys, areas for status icons and under l y-
ing menu areas.
To access the menu areas and to navigate between them, use various softkeys (see "Using the
soft k eys").
