    Woord vooraf Deze handleiding is bedoeld voor installatie en gebruik van de ionisatiesystemen Performax IQ Easy Ex en Performax IQ Easy Ex Speed. Als elders in deze gebruikershandleiding ionisatiestaaf wordt genoemd, wordt Performax IQ Easy Ex of Performax IQ Easy Ex Speed bedoeld. Deze handleiding moet altijd toegankelijk zijn voor het bedieningspersoneel.

    1 Inleiding De Performax IQ Easy Ex en Performax IQ Easy Ex Speed ionisatiestaven zijn ontworpen om elektrostatisch geladen oppervlakken te neutraliseren, en mogen gebruikt worden in bepaalde explosiegevaarlijke omgevingen (zie ook hoofdstuk 3, Veiligheid). Het belangrijkste verschil tussen deze twee ionisatiestaven is het aanbevolen gebruik; de Performax IQ Easy Ex is de standaard uitvoering voor reguliere toepassingen, de Performax IQ Easy Ex Speed is geoptimaliseerd voor hoge baansnelheden, dicht bij het te ontladen materiaal.

    2 Beschrijving en werking De 24 V DC voedingsspanning wordt in de ionisatiestaaf omgezet in een positieve en negatieve hoogspanning. De hoogspanning wekt aan de emitters van de ionisatiestaaf een elektrisch veld op waardoor de luchtmoleculen rondom de emitters worden omgezet in positieve en negatieve ionen.

    3 Veiligheid De volgende veiligheidsrichtlijnen moeten worden opgevolgd, ook om verwondingen en beschadigingen van voorwerpen of de ionisatiestaaf zelf te voorkomen. Waarschuwing: - De ionisatiestaaf is uitsluitend bestemd voor het neutraliseren van elektrostatisch geladen oppervlakken. - Controleer voor gebruik van de Performax IQ Easy Ex Speed in een explosiegevaarlijke zone, of deze toegelaten is in de zone classificatie van uw explosie gevaarlijke ruimte.

    5 Installatie Waarschuwing: - Controleer voor gebruik van de Performax IQ Easy Ex Speed in een explosiegevaarlijke zone, of deze gebruikt mag worden in de zone classificatie van uw explosie gevaarlijke ruimte. - Monteer de Performax IQ Easy Ex Speed op een manier die volledige bescherming biedt tegen impact.

    5.2 Controle - Controleer of de apparatuur onbeschadigd en in de juiste uitvoering ontvangen is. - Controleer of de pakbongegevens overeenkomen met de gegevens van het ontvangen product. Neem bij problemen en/of onduidelijkheden contact op met Simco-Ion of met de agent in uw regio.

    6 Ingebruikneming Let op: De ionisatiestaaf werkt niet als de emitters afgedekt zijn. Verwijder de beschermkap van de ionisatiestaaf.     6.3 Kalibreren van de Performax IQ Easy Ex via het IQ Easy Platform. Staafkalibratie moet alleen gebeuren in geval van: - eerste ingebruikname, - de staaf van positie is gewijzigd. Let op: Zorg ervoor dat de staaf is gemonteerd op de definitieve montageplek en dat de te neutraliseren baan of het object in positie is maar niet beweegt (stilstaat).

    6.4 Operation modes (expert) De staaf kent 4 operation modes waarvan voor de Ex staaf voorlopig alleen de Fixed mode is vrijgegeven: 1 Fixed De staaf heeft een vast ingestelde ionisatie. Er worden een vast aantal positieve en negatieve ionen geproduceerd. Afhankelijk van de applicatie zal de statische lading geneutraliseerd worden en zal er een kleine restspanning (lading) achterblijven.

    6.4.1 Operation mode Manual Nadat Manual mode is geselecteerd ga met het volgende pagina symbool naar de parameter Balance: - Klik achter Balance offset op en geef met een getal van -100 tot +100 de gewenste negatieve of positieve ionisatie in. - Bevestig de selectie via De ionisatie wordt nu met deze setting vervolgd.

    Ga met het vorige pagina symbool naar de parameter Operation mode Selecteer CLFB mode. De ionisatiestaaf zal nu het gemiddelde (avg) van de enabled segmenten gebruiken voor de regeling. 6.5 Ionisatiestaaf Standby & Actief en autorun instellen. Standaard zal de staaf actief worden nadat alle informatie door de Manager is verzameld doordat de parameter autorun op yes ingesteld is.

    6.6 Ionisatiestaaf Information parameters (expert mode). Diverse informatie parameters kunnen naar eigen wens ingevuld worden om verschillende apparaten duidelijker herkenbaar te maken. Verander indien gewenst de parameters: Device name, Machine position, Mounting distance Web With, Web speed. Dit zijn informatie parameters waar verder door staaf en Manager niet mee wordt gerekend.

    7 Controle op de werking 7.1 Controle Neutraliseren Om de efficiëntie van de ionisatiestaaf te meten, kan een veldsterktemeter worden gebruikt die geschikt is voor de Ex zone waarin U wilt meten. Sluit de veldsterkte meter op de aarding aan en behoud minimaal 30 cm afstand tot de ionisatiestaaf.

Met de Gegevens over de werking die u hier kunt vinden: - Ionisation Efficiency xx%: geeft de effectiviteit van de staaf. Indien deze vervuild of afgedekt wordt zal de waarde inzakken.

    7.3.4 Data log tab In de Data log tab wordt op vaste tijden alle beschikbare meet data van de staaf gelogd. Deze waarden worden ook in de logfile van de Manager opgeslagen als de parameter Data logging aan staat. De tussentijd tussen het loggen wordt bepaald door de instelling in de Manager IQ Easy.

    Einleitung Diese Bedienungsanleitung beschreibt die Installation und die Verwendung der Ionisierungssystems Performax IQ Easy Ex und Performax IQ Easy Ex Speed. Wird in dieser Bedienungsanleitung auf einen Ionensprühstab verwiesen, bezieht sich ein solcher Verweis auf Performax IQ Easy Ex oder auf Performax IQ Easy Ex Speed. Diese Bedienungsanleitung muss al denen, die das System bedienen, jederzeit zur Verfügung stehen.

    1 Einführung Die Ionensprühstäbe Performax IQ Easy Ex und Performax IQ Easy Ex Speed sind so konzipiert, dass sie elektrostatisch aufgeladene Oberflächen neutralisieren. Sie können in bestimmten gefährlichen Bereichen (siehe auch Abschnitt 3, Sicherheit) eingesetzt werden. Der Hauptunterschied zwischen diesen beiden Ionensprühstäben besteht im empfohlenen Einsatzbereich;...

    2 Beschreibung und Betrieb Die 24-VDC-Stromversorgung wird im Ionensprühstab in positive und negative Hochspannung umgewandelt. Die Hochspannung generiert an den Emittern des Ionensprühstabs in ein elektrisches Feld generiert, durch das die Luftmoleküle rund um die Emitter in positive und negative Ionen umgewandelt werden. Wenn ein elektrostatisch aufgeladenes Material in die Arbeitsdistanz des Ionensprühstabs kommt, werden die Ionen vom Ionensprühstab mit dem geladenen Material ausgetauscht, bis das Material neutralisiert ist.

    3 Sicherheit Die nachfolgenden Sicherheitsrichtlinien müssen beachtet werden, um Verletzungen sowie Schäden an Objekten oder dem Ionensprühstab zu vermeiden. Warnung: - Der Ionensprühstab ist ausschließlich zum Neutralisieren elektrostatisch aufgeladener Oberflächen vorgesehen. - Bevor Sie den Performax IQ Easy Ex Speed in einer explosionsgefährdeten Umgebung einsetzen, überprüfen Sie zuerst, ob die Anwendung in der Zonenklassifikation des Gefahrenbereichs zulässig ist.
  • Page 38 - Bei der Ionisierung wird eine kleine Menge Ozon produziert. Die Ozonkonzentration in der Umgebung der Emitter hängt von vielen Faktoren, wie zum Beispiel dem zur Verfügung stehenden Platz rund um den Ionensprühstab sowie der Luftzirkulation, ab. Deshalb kann kein allgemein gültiger Wert für die Ozonkonzentration angegeben werden. - Die Hochspannung führenden Emitter (9 kV) sind auf 50 μA strombegrenzt, was sie bei Berührung elektrisch sicher macht.

    5 Installation Warnung: Bevor Sie den Performax IQ Easy Ex Speed in einer explosiven gefährlichen Umgebung einsetzen, überprüfen Sie zuerst, ob die Anwendung in der Zonenklassifikation des Gefahrenbereichs zulässig ist. Montieren Sie den Performax IQ Easy Ex Speed so, dass sich keine mechanischen Belastungen oder mögliche Schäden am Ionensprühstab und an den Ionisierungspunkten ergeben können.

    5.2 Produktprüfung - Vergewissern Sie sich, dass das Gerät unbeschädigt ist und dass Sie die richtige Version erhalten haben. - Vergewissern Sie sich, dass der Kontrollabschnitt an der Verpackung mit den Daten des erhaltenen Produkts übereinstimmen. Wenn Sie Probleme und/oder Fragen haben, wenden Sie sich bitte direkt an Simco-Ion oder an den für Ihre Region zuständigen Händler.

    Für einen EX-Stab mit Kabel ohne Schutz: Drehen Sie die Stopfbuchse am Statusmodul und führen Sie das Kabel durch die Stopfbuchse. Ziehen Sie den Klemmring des Bolzens fest, sodass er gut abdichtet und entlastet. Verbinden Sie das Kabel gemäß nachstehender Tabelle, setzen Sie die Abdeckung auf und ziehen Sie sie fest an.

    1 Introduction The Performax IQ Easy Ex and Performax IQ Easy Ex Speed static bars are designed to neutralize electrostatically charged surfaces and may be used in certain hazardous areas (see also Section 3, Safety). The main difference between these two static bars is their recommended use; The Performax IQ Easy Ex is suitable for general applications, the Performax IQ Easy Ex Speed is suited for high web speeds, close to the material to be discharged.

    2 Description and Operation The 24 V DC power supply is converted in the anti-static bar into a positive and negative high voltage. The high voltage generates an electrical field at the emitters of the anti-static bar, which causes the air molecules around the emitters to be converted into positive and negative ions. When an electrostatically charged material comes within working distance of the anti-static bar, the ions from the anti-static bar are exchanged with the charged material until the material is neutralized.
