Installation step - motor assembly onto the electric cylinder
1. Remove the maintenance cover.
2. Place the motor assembly onto the housing.
Fit the toothed belt onto the gear wheels.
Insert the tensioning screw though the lock plate
into the adapter.
3. Screw in the tensioning screw until there is a gap of 2 mm
between adapter and locking plate.
4. Fit the lock plates.

5. Screw in the fastening bolts
to a distance of approximately 0.20 mm
between adapter and housing.
6. Tension the toothed belt.
Screw in the tensioning screw.
7. The gap between adapter and
housing decreases.
8. Tighten the fastening bolts of the
locking plates to 10 Nm.
