COMMISSIONING AND OPERATION
Before the first operation
1.
Remove all trays from the smoker. Wipe the inside with a damp cloth. Allow
the unit to dry completely.
2.
Put 2 tablespoons of cooking oil on a kitchen towel and rub the inside walls
with it.
3.
Add a handful of wood chips or pellets to the smoke chamber.
4.
Set the smoker to 110 °c and 2 hours. Once the time is up, enough smoke has
formed and you can start smoking.
