"Safety instructions" before each commissioning.

Preparation

WARNING
Risk of burns! The grill and the surfaces of the grill become very hot
during operation.
• Wear heat-resistant gloves during barbecuing in accordance with the
PPE regulation (category II regarding heat protection, DIN-EN 407).
• Use suitable tools for turning the food to be grilled, e.g. grill tongs, to prevent burns.
• Keep away from escaping steam!
• The grill is still very hot for a long time after it has been switched off. There is a risk
of burns!
• Also inform other users of the measures mentioned.
Preheating
NOTE: The heating can be switched off at any time by pressing and holding the
controller (2).
1. Insert the grill rack (1 1) in the upper slide-in level to ensure faster heating.
2. Insert the mains plug into a socket.
3. Switch the grill on at the main switch (7).
4. After a short time 2 signal tones will sound.
NOTE: If the grill has not been used for a longer period of time, it will automatically
switch to standby mode if the main switch (7) is already switched on. This is indicated
by an illuminated dot in the left display (1). You can put the grill back into operation by
pressing the controller (2) once.
5. The display (1) shows the adjustable maximum temperature of 800 °C on the left
and the display (3) shows the preset running time of 20:00 minutes on the right. If
you have already adjusted these values once before, the changed values will be
displayed when you switch on again.
