- Page 11 ITALIANO SOSTITUZIONE DEL ROTOLO NELLA STAMPANTE Per la sostituzione del rotolo della stampante occorre aprire lo sportellino nel pannello frontale dell’autoclave, inserendo un rotolo di carta termica (la cui larghezza massima deve essere di 57 mm) nel vano apposito, facendo fuoriuscire la carta dallo sportellino mentre si chiude lo stesso.

- Page 16 ITALIANO MESSA IN FUNZIONE E PREPERAZIONE ALLA STERILIZZAZIONE Effettuate le operazioni di installazione come descritte nel PAR.6, l’autoclave è pronta per l’uso. Attenersi alle istruzioni sotto elencate: 1. Accendere l’autoclave, premendo l’interruttore generale. L’autoclave inizia un ciclo di preriscaldo a circa 80°C, se non è utilizzata resta in mantenimento per 60 minuti, al termine dei quali, entra in funzione lo spegnimento automatico.
- Page 17 ITALIANO 11. Durante la fase di preriscaldo mentre l’autoclave scalda per arrivare in pressione, nel display “TIME/MESS.” compare una lettera H seguita dal tempo lampeggiante. Al raggiungimento dei parametri di sterilizzazione selezionati, nel display “TIME/MESS.” sparisce la lettera H e compare una lettera S lampeggiante seguita dal tempo di sterilizzazione, il quale decresce progressivamente fino al termine del ciclo.
- Page 18 ITALIANO CICLO NOTTE L’autoclave è programmata per interrompere il riscaldamento dopo 60 minuti di inattività (STAND BY). E’ quindi possibile effettuare cicli di sterilizzazione anche in assenza dell’operatore, poiché terminato il ciclo, dopo 60 minuti, l’autoclave si spegne automaticamente. Si spengono tutti i LED e resta acceso soltanto l’interruttore generale ON/OFF.
- Page 19 ITALIANO 15.3 Manutenzione trimestrale Lubrificare con olio siliconico le cerniere e il perno di chiusura. Sostituire il filtro batteriologico. Regolazione del portello. Se la maniglia di apertura dell’autoclave è troppo morbida nella chiusura, regolare come indicato nelle figure che seguono. Girare in senso antiorario come (fig. 11) per aumentare la pressione della guarnizione sulla camera.

Premere il pulsante “START/STOP” per confermare il dato e passare alla pagina di programmazione successiva –4- (display “TIME/MESS.”); in questa pagina è visualizzato il numero di serie dell’autoclave. La modifica di questo parametro può essere eseguita solo da personale autorizzato da TECNO-GAZ. Spegnere l’interruttore generale “ON/OFF” per uscire dalla programmazione.

- Page 34 ENGLISH COMMISSIONING AND PREPARING THE STERILIZATION Carry out the installation operations as described in PAR.6, the autoclave is ready to be used. Pay attention to the instructions below: 1. Turn on the autoclave pressing the main switch. The autoclave pre-heats at 80°C; if it is not used, it remains in the stand-by cycle for 60 minutes.
- Page 35 ENGLISH 11. During the pre-heating phase when the autoclave is heating to reach the right pressure, on the “TIME/MESS.” display the letter H is displayed followed by the blinking time. After reaching the selected sterilisation parameters, on the “TIME/MESS.” display, the letter H disappears and a blinking letter S is followed by the sterilisation time which progressively decreases up to the end of the cycle.
- Page 36 ENGLISH NIGHT CYCLE The autoclave is programmed by the factory to stop heating after 60 inactivity minutes (STAND BY). So it is possible to carry out sterilisation cycles even in the absence of the operator, because once the cycle has been ended after 60 minutes, the autoclave is automatically switched off.
- Page 37 ENGLISH 15.3 Quarterly Maintenance Lubricate the hinges and the closing pin with silicon oil. Replace bacteriological filter. Adjusting the door. If the autoclave handle is too loose while closing, adjust as shown in the following pictures. Rotate in clockwise direction (fig. 11) to increase the seal pressure on the chamber. In case it has loosened too much and you are not able to close the handle, rotate in anticlockwise direction.

Respecter les instructions ci-dessous: 1. Brancher l’autoclave en appuyant sur l’interrupteur général. L’autoclave commence un cycle de préchauffage à environ 80°C, s’il n’est pas utilisé il se maintient ainsi durant 60 minutes, puis s’éteint automatiquement 2.

Au rejoignement des paramètres de stérilisation sélectionnés sur l’écran “TIME/MESS.” la lettre H disparaît et apparaît S clignotant suivi du temps de stérilisation, lequel décroît progressivement jusqu’à...
- Page 54 FRANÇAIS CYCLE NUIT L’autoclave a été programmé pour interrompre le réchauffement après 60 minutes d’inactivité (STAND BY). Il est donc possible d’effectuer des cycles de stérilisation même en absence de l’opérateur, parceque, quand le cycle se termine, l’autoclave s’éteint automatiquement après 60 minutes. Tous les LED s’éteignent et il n’y a que l’interrupteur général ON/OFF qui reste allumé.

- Page 65 DEUTSCH AUSWECHSELN DER DRUCKERROLLE Zum Auswechseln der Druckerrolle ist es notwendig, die Klappe an der Vorderseite des Druckkessels zu öffnen, eine Rolle Thermopapier (dessen Breite höchstens 57 mm betragen darf) in dem eigens dafür vorgesehenen Fach einzusetzen, das Papier etwas aus der Klappe herauszuziehen und diese gleichzeitig zu schließen.

Während der Vorheizphase, während der sich der Druckkessel zur Herstellung der notwendigen Druckverhältnisse aufheizt, erscheint auf der Anzeige “TIME/MESS.” der Buchstabe H und daneben blinkt die Zeitdauer auf. Bei Erreichen der vorgewählten Sterilisationswerte blinkt auf der Anzeige “TIME/MESS.” statt des Buchstabens H der Buchstabe S auf, gefolgt von der Sterilisationszeit, die bis zum Ende des Programms kleiner werdend abläuft.
- Page 72 DEUTSCH NACHTBETRIEBSPROGRAMM Der Autoklav wurde zum automatischen Ausschalten nach 60 Minuten Betriebsstillstand (STAND BY) entwickelt. Es ist zwar möglich, Sterilisationsprogramme auch in Abwesenheit des Benutzers durchzuführen, da sich der Autoklav 60 Minuten nach Beendigung des Programms automatisch abschaltet. Es gehen dabei alle Kontrolllämpchen aus nur der Hauptschalter ON/OFF bleibt eingeschaltet.

- Page 88 ESPAÑOL PUESTA EN FUNCIONAMIENTO Y PREPARACION PARA LA ESTERILIZACION Efectuadas las operaciones de instalación, como descrito en el PAR.6, la autoclave está lista para ser utilizada. Observar las instrucciones a continuación: 1. Encender la autoclave oprimiendo el interruptor general. La autoclave empezará un ciclo de precalentamiento aproximadamente a 80°C.

Durante la fase de precalentamiento, cuando la autoclave está calentándose para alcanzar la presión deseada, en el display “TIME/MESS.” aparecerá la letra H, seguida por el tiempo, de forma intermitente. Al alcanzar los parámetros de esterilización seleccionados, en el display “TIME/MESS.”, desaparecerá la letra H y aparecerá la letra S, intermitente, seguida por el tiempo de esterilización, que disminuye progresivamente hasta el término del ciclo.

Por lo tanto permite efectuar ciclos de esterilización aún en ausencia del operador, puesto que, acabado el ciclo y después de 60 minutos el autoclave se apaga automáticamente. Se pagan todo los LED y permanece encendido sólo el interruptor general ON/OFF.
