General instructions for cleaning and disinfecting the
exterior surfaces of the patient chair E2e
The chair must be separated from the mains
supply prior to cleaning.
Always observe the instructions for use by the
manufacturer of the disinfectants, above all,
concentration specifi cations and instructions.
The exterior surfaces of the patient chair E2e, except the
covering material, resist most of the common surface disin-
fectants.
The covering material is made of foam synthetic leather.
When cleaning and disinfecting this material pay attention
to the material compatibility. We recommend to clean the
upper part of the chair after each application.
Do not use any
•
disinfectants containing concentrated organic or
anorganic acids, since these may cause corrosion
damages,
•
disinfectants containing chloramides, phenol deri-
vates or anionic tensides, since these may cause
stress cracks in the plastic material used.
