• Turn thin pieces of meat over with meat tongs. Use an oven glove.
Do not prick the meat as meat juices will then be lost. If meat is
grilled and no juice is formed, a sauce or herb butter can be added
separately if required.
• Do not cut into grilled meat and similar items straight away but
leave them to cool for a few minutes first. In this way less meat
juice will be lost when the meat or other items are cut into.
