pumps completely loaded with cassettes, make sure to slip the packings (60) against the front end
of the pump as far as possible (refer to position B).

5.1.3. Unload hose cassette:

Turn drive to OFF.

Depress cassette's locking pawl (refer to fig. 38) and unhook from rod.

Tilt cassette up and unhook from rod. Unload cassette by lifting.

5.1.4. Stopper hose extension:

Optional PTFE hose couplings are available for extension. Just plug together with hoses from the
reel.

5.1.4.1. Size 0.2; 0.5; 0.9 and 1.4 hoses

Use packings from your hardware kit. Plug hose through coupling nut (refer to fig. 41); install
packings and pull coupling nut hand-tight.
