You are recommended to have the carbon brushes replaced and the maintenance of the collector done
by a professional workshop so that perfect functioning of the motor is granted.

Lubrication

All the motor bearings are lubricated sufficiently for the entire service life of the saw subject to normal
conditions of operation.
Maintenance is not required.
Lubrication in Case of Necessity:
1. Rotation axle lubrication if the run gets tight.
1.1 Loosen the set nut a put a few drops of the lubricant oil on the washer and the contact
area.
1.2 Remove and lubricate the axle and contact areas. NOTICE: Before removing the axle,
the saw disc top cover and the end stop upper part have to be removed first. The job
should be accomplished by a skilled servicing technician. Mind the position of the
springs ends in the case. Mark the place with chalk to have the reinstallation easier.
2. Swivelling protection cover lever lubrication: to have the run smooth and silent, any
metal and plastic contact surfaces have to be lubricate with sewing machines oil from
time to time. Make sure that the amount of oil is not excessive. Sawdust would build up
in the oil and would form hard spots..
3. NOTICE: Before any adjustment and maintenance disconnect the machine from the source.
