Instructions for Use
The trimming saw is to be switched on with a switch on the handle internal side. Before cutting, the disc
should turn at the highest speed. Using the handle, lower the work head slowly and make sure that it
moves evenly and steadily. Apply pressure in the direction of the disc movement commensurate to the
character and size of the material to be cut. Hold the material firmly on the supporting surface while
cutting. To cut big pieces safely, additional supports should be used.
After the cut is accomplished, lift the work head back in the initial position and check to see if the disc
protection is positioned correctly. Sharpen or replace, if necessary, the saw disc regularly.
CAUTION: Never use damaged saw discs.

Combination Cut (horizontal – vertical up to 45°)
Cuts combination:

At position 45° for a chamfer cut, proceed analogically.
Using the lock screw (D).
Tip: Check every setting with a measure on the test cut.
If you want to make chafer cuts up to 45°, release the lock lever (E) on
the rear side of the machine (Fig. 4)
Lean the machine head to reach a required angle or the stop and
(45°), retighten the lock lever (E).
Mitre cut
The machine head is possible to turn left and right as well by 45°.
Inter-deviations are easy to set up by subtracting the desired angle on
the bench measure. Loosen the lock screw (F), turn the machine head
down, (grid bench) in the required position and then fix it using the lock
screw (F).
