If there is not enough space, please use separate sheets and attach them to the report!
A schematic assembly plan must be attached so it is visible to everyone or provided
(e.g. at the access to the roof)
Checklist:
Substrate as expected (no doubt about the bearing capacity)
Proof of bearing capacity is available
Assembly performed according to the assembly instructions from the
system manufacturer
Connection technology assembled according to the specifications of
the respective manufacturer
Only corrosion-proof fasteners were used
All fittings photographed showing their number plate
Assembly plan stored on site
Identification label(s) is/are present and attached
Pre-tensioning correct (only for rope system)
System/anchor point is free of debris and the runner moves freely
Runner has been handed over to the operator (only for rail/rope system)
A test ascent was carried out and the test was passed
(only for rail/rope system)
System has been installed and handed over free of defects
Assembly instructions and instructions for use are complete and have
been handed over to the operator
