Tension check:
The threaded rod in the clamping element must be secured with a splint.
Attach the marking label, fully completed, to the system entrance point.
After assembly, check the system using the SKYLOTEC-SKYLINE setup
checklist and document the assembly with it. If the fall indicator has
triggered, as shown in the picture below, the system must be taken out of
service straight away and checked by a qualified person.
The rope must be pre-tensioned with 80 kg. This is reached as soon as
the ring is positioned in the marked area.
Lock the two nuts on the clamping element and secure with a splint.
Attach the marking label, fully completed, to the system entrance point.
After assembly, check the system using the enclosed assembly report and document the assembly with it.
If the fall indicator has triggered, as shown in the picture below, the system must be taken out of service straight
away and checked by a qualified person.
