ENABLING / DISABLING THE LIGHT FUNCTION
To enable (automatic) or disable (manual) the light function, refer to the instruc-
tions manual supplied with the sensor or remote control that you intend to use.
This function is used to make sure that the radio communications is working cor-
rectly and test the wind and light functions.
To activate the TEST function, hold the SET button down (approx. 2 sec.) until the
screen opens for 10 seconds and then closes briefly to indicate that the test is ac-
tive. The test function lasts for 3 minutes, during which the wind and light threshold
settings can be checked without having to wait for the activation times. After 3
minutes, the sensor returns to normal operating mode. During the test, the red
LED inside the control unit stays on.
WIND FUNCTION TEST
To prevent errors during the wind function test, it is recommended to disable the
light function. When the speed detected by the sensor exceeds the threshold when
the anemometer blades are moving, the motor will close the screen completely.
LIGHT FUNCTION TEST
Make sure that the light function is enabled. When the sensor detects a change in the
intensity of the light, it opens the screen if the light is brighter than the set threshold,
or closes it if the brightness is lower than the set threshold. This test can be repeated
several times in order to obtain the best adjustment for the required threshold.
