Function „Language"
At the time of generation of these operating instructions, the digital recorder menu was
firmly set to the English language. Other languages were not available.
Proceed as follows:
• Use the buttons „2" and „8" to pick the function „Language" and then push
„ ".
• If more languages than „English" are available, the language can be set with the
buttons „2" and „8".
• Confirm the setting with „
• Push the button „MENU/ESC" on the digital recorder or the button „MENU" or „ESC"
on the IR remote control repeatedly to return to the respective previous menu or leave
the OSD menu.
Function „Alarm Out"
Here, the alarm sound signal can be activated that is triggered when the camera signal
is missing (e.g. cable broken).
Deactivation of this alarm sound signal leads to the sound signal being deac-
tivated as well when buttons are pushed.
Proceed as follows:
• Use the buttons „2" and „8" to pick the function „Alarm out" and then push
„ ".
• Use the buttons „2" and „8" to choose between the subfunction „On" (alarm sound
signal or button confirmation sound on/off) or „Alarm Time" (duration of the alarm
sound signal) and then push „
1. Subfunction „On" (alarm sound signal or button confirmation sound on/off):
Use the buttons „2" and „8" to switch between „Yes" (sound signal on) and „No"
(sound signal off).
2. Subfunction „Alarm Time" (duration of the alarm signal):
Use the buttons „2" and „8" to set the duration of the alarm sound signal between
5 and 30 seconds.
