Öffnen der Gehäusehaube
3. Die Haube nach unten drücken
und die Schrauben von oben nach
unten gleichmäßig festziehen. Beim
Verschrauben der Haube darauf
achten, dass die Profil-dichtung nicht
eingeklemmt wird. Sollte dies trotzdem
passieren, muss sie zwingend ersetzt
werden, da sonst die Dichtigkeit nicht
mehr gewährleistet ist.
Abdichten der Haube
Wenn die Haube gut sitzt, muss jede
Schraube (einzeln!) erneut herausgedreht
und mit Silikon Dichtungsmasse
abgedichtet werden.
Danach müssen die Schrauben erneut
festgezogen werden, wobei die
Reihenfolge wiederum gleichmäßig von
oben nach unten einzuhalten ist.

Schraube heraus drehen - Loch
mit Silikon ausfüllen - Schraube wieder
montieren - restliches Silikon mit einem
Lappen abwischen. Eventuell mit
Aceton nachreinigen.
Opening the casing
3. Press the casing hood downwards to
a point where the holes in the hood
align with the threaded PEM nuts in the
frame.Place silicone RTV dispenser at
each screw hole and fill the threads and
coat the beveled surface in the hood.
Sealing the casing hood
Place screws in each hole. Tighten
them in a zig-zag fashion with multiple
passes until the hood is secure.
When tightening the screws, be careful
that the profile sealing is not trapped. If
the sealing should be damaged, it must
be replaced, otherwise the seal may no
longer be tight.

Clean the area around the screw
to where it is difficult to tell that silicone
has been applied. Fill the hole with
silicone - fasten the screw - remove
the last bit of silicone with a rag. If
necessary, clean up with acetone.

3. Pressez le couvercle vers le bas et
vissez de manière similaire toutes
les vis du haut vers le bas. Lors du
vissage du couvercle, veillez à ne
pas coincer le joint d'étanchéité
profilé. Si cela devait néanmoins
arriver, remplacez-le absolument
afin que l'étanchéité soit garantie.
Etanchéité du couvercle
Lorsque le capot est bien en
place, chaque vis (une à une)
doit être dévissée séparément
et enduite de mastic au silicone.
Les vis doivent ensuite être revissées
en respectant l'ordre de dévissage.
Il faut ensuite à nouveau.

Dévisser la vis - remplir le trou
de silicone - revisser la vis - retirer
le silicone résiduel. Nettoyez
éventuellement avec de l'acétone.
