7.3 Mounting the motor with
coupling to CKK 9-70 /
25-200

The maximum torque and maxi-
mum speed of the motor must not
exceed the limits for the Compact
Module! See "Compact Modules"
catalog.
• Using four screws, screw down the mo-
tor mount (1) on the Compact Module.
• Push the coupling (2) through the motor
mount onto the drive journal of the Com-
pact Module until a fi xing screw of the
coupling becomes accessible through
the hole in the motor mount.
• Adjust clearance B.
• Tighten the fi xing screws (3) with tighten-
ing torque M
. If necessary, shift the

carriage (4) to turn the drive journal until
the second screw becomes accessible.
• Insert the motor in the locating feature of
the motor mount and coupling. Tighten
four screws with tightening torque M
(! 1.4).
• Tighten the coupling fi xing screws on
the motor side (5) with tightening torque
M
.

• If necessary, release the brake on the
motor, and shift the carriage (4) to turn
the drive journal until the second screw
becomes accessible. !⌧ 7.3.1

7.4 Removing the motor with
coupling
If the Compact Module is installed
vertically or on a slant, take pre-
cautions to prevent the carriage
from dropping!
Switch off the power supply!
• For Compact Modules CKK 9-70 /
25-200:
• Unscrew the fi xing screws of the
coupling on the motor side (6).
• If necessary, release the brake on
the motor, and shift the carriage (7)
to turn the drive journal until the sec-
ond screw becomes accessible.
• Unscrew the motor from the motor
mount and remove (8).

Le couple moteur maximum et la
vitesse de rotation ne doivent pas dé-
passer les valeurs limites du module
compact ! Voir le catalogue « Modules
Compacts ».
• Fixer la lanterne (1) sur le module
compact.
• Introduire l'accouplement (2) dans la
lanterne sur l'arbre moteur du module
compact jusqu'à ce qu'il soit possi-
ble d'atteindre une vis de fi xation sur
l'accouplement par l'intermédiaire du
trou dans la lanterne.
• Régler l'écart B.
• Serrer les vis de fi xation (3) au couple
de serrage M
. Le cas échéant,

dé placer le plateau (4) pour faire
tourner l'arbre moteur et pour serrer la
deuxième vis.
• Introduire le moteur dans le centrage

de la lanterne et de l'accouplement,
serrer les quatre vis au couple de
serrage M
(! 1.4).

• Serrer les vis de fi xation du côté mo-
teur (5) au couple de serrage M
• Le cas échéant, desserrer le frein mo-
teur, déplacer le plateau (4) pour faire
tourner l'arbre moteur et pour serrer la
deuxième vis. !⌧ 7.3.1

Contrôler l'interrupteur d'arrêt
d'urgence avant la première mise en
marche !

7.4 Démontage du moteur avec
accouplement
Prévenir la chute du plateau
pour les montages verticaux ou
inclinés de modules compacts !
Couper l'alimentation électrique !
• Pour le module compact CKK 9-70 /
25-200 :
• Desserrer les vis de fi xation de
l'accouplement du côté moteur (6).
• Le cas échéant, desserrer le frein
moteur, déplacer le plateau (7)
pour faire tourner l'arbre moteur et
pour deserrer la deuxième vis.
• Retirer le moteur de la lanterne et le
déposer (8).

La coppia massima ed il numero
massimo di giri del motore non devo-
no superare i valori limite del Linear-
modulo Compact! Fare riferimento al
catalogo "Linearmoduli Compact".
• Avvitare la fl angia (1) al Linearmodulo
Compact.
• Infi lare il giunto (2) nella fl angia sul
codolo di azionamento del Linear-
modulo Compact fi no a raggiungere
una vite di fi ssaggio sul giunto attra-
verso il foro della fl angia.
• Regolare la misura B.
• Serrare le viti di fi ssaggio (3) con
coppia di serraggio M
rio per il serraggio della seconda vite,
spostare la tavola (4) affi nché il codolo
di azionamento ruoti.
• Introdurre il motore utilizzando come
riferimento il diametro di centraggio del-
la fl angia e del giunto. Serrare quattro
viti con coppia di serraggio M
• Serrare le viti di fi ssaggio sul lato del
motore (5) con coppia di serraggio M
.
• Se è necessario per il serraggio della

seconda vite, allentare il freno del mo-
tore, spostare la tavola (4) affi nché il
codolo di azionamento ruoti. !⌧ 7.3.1

Prima della corsa iniziale control-
lare l'interruttore dell'arresto di emer-
genza!

7.4 Smontare il motore con
il giunto
Pericolo in caso di montag-
gio verticale dei Linearmoduli
Compact! Evitare la caduta della
tavola con gli accessori!
Staccare la corrente!
• Nei Linearmoduli Compact CKK 9-70 /
25-200:
• Allentare le viti di fi ssaggio del
giunto sul lato del motore (6).
• Se è necessario per allentare la
seconda vite, allentare il freno del
motore, spostare la tavola (7) affi n-
ché il codolo di azionamento ruoti.
• Svitare ed estrarre il motore dalla
fl angia.
