CKK 25-200: Mounting the
aluminum cover
• Move the carriage as close as pos-
sible to the fl oating bearing end.
• Align the aluminum cover centrally
relative to the carriage (1).
• Carefully insert the serrations of the
PU strips into the slots in the alumi-
num cover.
• Push the aluminum cover in until it
is just short of the fi xed bearing end
block.
• Insert felts in the two strip wipers (2).
• Clip the strip wipers onto the end
block and align them.
• Align the aluminum cover and push it
carefully right up to the fi xed bearing
end block.
• Screw in the two screws. u ! 1.4
Mounting the fl oating bearing end
block
• Mounting the gap seals:
• Insert the PU strips with strip ten-
sioners into the frame (3).
• Push on the strip guides (4).
• Engage the serrations (5) in the
undercuts (6) on the strip guide.
• Screw the strip tensioners down on
the carriage (7), with the screws cen-
trally positioned in the oblong holes.
• Insert felts in the strip wipers (8).
• Clip the strip wipers onto the end block.
• Push the end block onto the fl oating
bearings.
• Align the fl oating bearing block with
the outer contours of the frame.
• Screw in the four screws. u ! 1.4
• Carefully align the aluminum cover and
the strip wipers with one another.
• Screw in the two screws. u ! 1.4
Completing the mounting
procedure
• Turning the coupling and screw by
hand, test the carriage movement over
the full length of the unit. The move-
ment should be smooth and there
should not be any unusual noises.
• If necessary, correct the assembly.
• If the PU strips corrugate too much
with movement of the carriage, reten-
sion them at the oblong holes in the
strip tensioners.
• Mount the motor and coupling. ! 7.3
• Mount the motor with side drive timing
belt. ! 7.5
Montage du cache de protection
en aluminium sur le CKK 25-200
• Rapprocher le plateau autant que pos-
sible du côté palier libre.
• Centrer le cache de protection en
aluminium par rapport au plateau (1).
• Introduire prudemment la denture des
bandes en PU dans les rainures du
cache de protection en aluminium.
• Repousser le cache de protection en
aluminium presque jusqu'à l'entretoise
de palier fi xe.
• Déposer les feutres dans deux
racleurs de bande (2).
• Insérer les racleurs de bande sur
l'entretoise et les aligner.
• Aligner le cache de protection en
aluminium et le pousser prudemment
jusqu'à l'entretoise de palier fi xe.
• Visser deux vis. u ! 1.4
Montage de l'entretoise de palier libre
• Montage des protections des ouvertu-
res longitudinales :
• insérer les bandes en PU avec leurs
tendeurs dans le corps principal (3),
• mettre en place les renvois (4),
• introduire la denture (5) dans les
découpes (6) du renvoi,
• visser les tendeurs de bande sur
le plateau (7) – les vis doivent être
centrées dans les trous oblongs.
• Déposer les feutres dans le racleur (8).
• Insérer le racleur sur l'entretoise.
• Introduire l'entretoise de palier libre.
• Aligner l'entretoise de palier libre par
rapport aux contours extérieurs du
corps principal.
• Visser quatre vis. u ! 1.4
• Aligner prudemment le cache en alu-
minium et le racleur de bande l'un par
rapport à l'autre.
• Visser deux vis. u ! 1.4
Fin du montage
• Procéder à une course d'essai ma-
nuelle sur toute la longueur à l'aide
du moyeu d'accouplement et de la
vis. S'assurer de la facilité de dépla-
cement et rester attentif aux bruits
inhabituels.
• Corriger l'assemblage si nécessaire.
• Si les bandes en PU ondulent trop lors
du déplacement, les retendre en utili-
sant les trous oblongs des tendeurs.
• Monter le moteur et l'accouplemt. ! 7.3
• Monter le moteur avec renvoi par
poulies et courroie. ! 7.5

CKK 25-200: montare la copertura
in alluminio
• Avvicinare la tavola quanto più possibile
al lato del cuscinetto di vincolo radiale.
• Allineare la copertura in alluminio al
centro della tavola (1).
• Infi lare con cautela i denti dei nastri
in poliuretano nelle scanalature della
copertura in alluminio.
• Calzare la protezione di alluminio fi no
a giungere quasi davanti alla testata
del cuscinetto di vincolo assiale.
• Appoggiare i feltri in due serranastro
(2) sulla testata.
• Infi lare il serranastro sulla testata ed
allineare.
• Allineare la copertura in alluminio e
calzarla con cautela fi no alla testata
del cuscinetto di vincolo assiale.
• Avvitare due viti. u ! 1.4
Montare la testata del cuscinetto
di vincolo radiale
• Montare i nastri di protezione:
• introdurre i nastri in poliuretano
nel profi lato di base con staffe di
fi ssaggio (3),
• inserire i deviatori (4),
• collocare i denti (5) nelle tacche (6)
che si trovano nel deviatore,
• avvitare saldamente le staffe di
fi ssaggio nastro alla tavola (7),
centrare la vite nell'asola.
• Appoggiare i feltri nel serranastro (8).
• Infi lare il serranastro sulla testata.
• Calzare la testata sui cuscinetti di
vincolo radiale.
• Allineare la testata del cuscinetto di
vincolo radiale ai profi li esterni del
profi lato di base.
• Avvitare quattro viti. u ! 1.4
• Allineare fra di loro con cautela la co-
pertura in alluminio ed il serranastro.
• Avvitare due viti. u ! 1.4
Concludere il montaggio
• Far ruotare il giunto e la vite a mano e
far scorrere la tavola, a titolo di prova,
su tutta la lunghezza. Far attenzione
alla mancata scorrevolezza e a rumori
insoliti.
• Eventualmente correggere l'assem-
blaggio.
• Se durante la corsa i nastri si ondula-
no troppo, tendere nuovamente.
• Montare il motore con il giunto. ! 7.3
• Montare il motore con la trasmissione
a cinghia e puleggia. ! 7.5
