entregar no más de 5.000
amperes RMS simétricos,
250 V como máximo.
NOTE: Monitor pressure gauge during initial startup to ensure system does not overpressurize.
For SubDrive Pressure Sensor
The pressure sensor communicates the system pressure to the SubDrive Utility controller. The sensor is preset at the factory to 50 psi (3.4 bar),
but can be adjusted by the installer using the following procedure:
A. Remove the rubber end cap.
B. Using a 7/32" Allen wrench (provided), turn the adjusting screw clockwise to increase pressure and counterclockwise
to decrease pressure. The adjustment range is between 25 and 80 psi (1.7 and 5.5 bar).
NOTE: 1/4 turn = approximately 3 psi (0.2 bar).
C. Replace the rubber end cap.
D. Cover the pressure sensor terminals with the rubber boot provided.
Do not place the boot in direct sunlight.
For Analog Pressure Transducer
The pressure setpoint MUST be adjusted only when the SubDrive is POWERED OFF. The new setting will
not take effect until the drive is powered up.
When using an optional 4-20mA analog pressure transducer, the desired system pressure is set by
using the pressure setpoint adjustment knob (see figure above). The knob is factory set at 50% of the
transducer range and is adjustable from 5% to 95% of the transducer range in 5% increments. Refer to
the indicator lines surrounding the knob and corresponding legend printed on the adjacent shield when
setting the desired pressure setpoint. Table 6 to the right shows the conversion for percentage settings
and resulting psi values for several popular transducer ranges.
NOTE: The pressure setpoint knob is only compatible with an analog pressure transducer.
An analog pressure transducer must be installed in the system and DIP SW2:1 must be in the
XDCR (up) position to use this pressure adjustment.
