INTRODUCTION

This Operations Manual is intended for the study of a design and operating rules of the refrigeration equipment.
Authorized service centers as well as other entities and companies involved in the maintenance of the equipment
upon the manufacturer's assignment have the right to perform any kind of installation, startup and maintenance
of a commercial refrigerator.
This Manual includes the certificate data.
Important! Before the product is put into operation, please, carefully study this Operations Manual.

1. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION AND OPERATION

1.1. Purpose

The monoblock refrigeration units (hereinafter referred to as the units) both medium-temperature (type MM...)
and low-temperature ones (type MB...) are intended to cool down and freeze the inner space of commercial
refrigeration equipment as per GOST 23833-95. The units are manufactured in climatic make "У" to operate in
the ambient conditions as follows:
at temperature from 10 to 40OC and relative humidity from 80 to 40 percent – line STANDARD (S),
respectively;
at least at minus 10 (±1)°С and relative humidity of 75 (±5) percent – the outdoors use version - (U).

1.2. Technical data

The basic technical characteristics of the equipment are shown in Table 1.
The inside temperature created by the equipment is as follows:
ММ ... - from minus 10 to 10°С
МВ ... - from minus 25 to minus 15°С
The applicable refrigerant is: Freon R22 or R404А.

1.3. Product design and operation

The refrigeration equipment (Fig. 1) consists of a compressor equipped with startup protection appliances (Item
1), coil pipe to evaporate condensation water (Item 2), condensor (Item 3), filter-dryer (Item 4), evaporator (Item
5), fluid heater (Item 6), pressure relay (Item 7) and control board (Item 8).
The elements of control and inspection are located on the control board:
A – illuminated general switch;
B – control unit.
The air temperature in the cooled down space is governed, and the required temperature is maintained at a
differential accuracy by means of an electronic governor of temperature (controller), the sensor of which is
located inside the cooled down space.
The equipment is equipped by the "no frost" system that melts down the snow "coat" on the evaporator by
means of electric heaters and by subsequent evaporation of the resulted water.
All elements of the refrigeration equipment hydraulic system are tightly joined.
