2.3. Manufacturer's warranty

The manufacturer guarantees that the cooling machine meets the norms and standards as described in the
regulations of TU 107-2007 ITVN 701411.000 "Cooling machines, monoblock models. Specifications", subject to
the terms and conditions for transport, storage, installation, operation located in "User Manual".
Warranty period for the cooling machine - 12 months from the date of commissioning, but no more than 18
months from the manufacturing date. The guaranteed storage period of the machine – 6 months from
manufacturing date. The warranty only works with the following documents:
User manual;
Act of commissioning (example in Appendix B);
Act of technical state (example in Appendix C);
Maintenance contract with a specialized organisation.
The warranty is not valid if:
the rules for transportation, storage, assembly and operation of the User Manual have not been fully
met;
commissioning, maintenance of the cooling machine in accordance with regulations have not been
done by an organisation with the necessary approval from the manufacturer;
the product has received constructive change without prior written permission from the manufacturer.

3. PURPOSE APPLICATION

3.1. General

The Operations Manual specifies the data required to properly operate and maintain a refrigeration unit when it
is purpose used. The unit service life and its safe operation depend upon the operations rules observed.
Important! A monoblock refrigeration unit should be used in a set of appropriate heat-insulating cold room to
store chilled (frozen) food items. Consult with the manufacturer if the unit is to be used for another application
(heat treatment of food items, installation in a room of a volume different from the recommended one, etc.)

3.2. Safety measures

Important! The product should be connected to the mains through an automatic switch of combination
protection if the nominal current stipulated in Table 1 is taken into account. The grounding yellow green wire of
the power cable or the wire of another distinctive marking should be connected to the earthing contour. When
the wires are connected to mains connector XS it is necessary to connect the blue wire to terminal N (for
monoblock units having 3-phase compressors). If the specified requirements are not observed, the
manufacturing company is not liable for the electric safety. The equipment protection degree ensured by the
insulation is IP20. If any signs of abnormal operation of a refrigeration unit emerge, or if any malfunctions of the
electrics are revealed (damaged insulation of wires, rupture of the earthing wire, etc.), the operator should
promptly disconnect the unit and call a mechanic. REFRIGERATION UNIT OPERATORS SHOULD NEVER EVER OPEN
FRONT PANEL TO ADJUST AND REGULATE ELEMENTS INSIDE UNIT.

3.3. Installation rules

The refrigeration unit should be installed in a cold room or another commercial refrigeration equipment as per
GOST 23833-95 in dry premises at the ambient temperature of 12 to 40°C and relative humidity from 80 to 40
percent, respectively (except the units of type MB...У).
A refrigeration unit should be installed at the distance at least 0.1 m away from the walls and 0.6 m from the
ceiling of the premises, the passage to the unit should be at least 0.7 m wide.
The refrigeration unit should not be exposed to solar radiation. There should be no heating appliances installed
from the unit closer than 1.5 m away. The floor of the premises where the commercial refrigeration equipment
is to be installed should be levelled in the horizontal plane.
