Before a refrigeration unit is installed, the following should be done:
to cut an opening in one of the wall panels (it is not recommended to install the unit on the wall opposed
to the room door);
to glue a polyurethane gasket along the perimeter after the protective film is removed;
to apply a sealant along the perimeters of the unit and the prepared opening;
to mount the unit in the cut opening of the room;
to set the ceiling panel of the room and fix it.
After the unit is installed:
to fix the unit suspension brackets by screws: the lower one – on the room panel wall, the upper one –
on the ceiling panel;
to screw in the water drainage pipe;
to connect the WEH wires of the compensation valve and the door heating that are optional for the
low-temperature rooms to contacts 4, 5 of the monoblock SDC terminal box;
to mount the cooled down space illumination source.
3.4. Operations procedure
IMPORTANT! After transportation or storage at subzero temperatures the unit should be soaked at indoor
temperature (at least 12°C) for 24 hours.
Before the monoblock unit is put into operation, it is necessary to remove the strip mounted under the
compressor to ensure rigid fixation at transportation.
To do so, the following should be done:
to remove the front panel;
to loosen the nuts that fix the compressor to the bracket;
to remove the strip (bar);
to tighten the nuts that fix the compressor to the bracket;
to mount the front panel.
Plug the power cord of the refrigeration unit in a socket and switch on the automatic switch on the electric board.
Switch on the key switch on the control board. In this case the switch indicating tube should be on and light signs
should blink on the electronic temperature governor display.
In 10 seconds the display will set a digital value of the current temperature in the cooled down space. The inner
space temperature is set by means of presetting it on the temperature governor display (for the process
description refer to Appendix C).
If a thick "snow" coat emerges on the evaporator, then push the forcible defrosting key (refer to Appendix C).
