In case you encounter gastrointestinal symptoms,
discontinue usage of the device. If these symptoms
persist, consult a healthcare professional.
•
In case the pouch opens unintentionally, do not try
to fold it back, use the device with the pouch in open
position or use a new capsule cap.
•
Using a tight belt or garment over the device might
impair the self-deployment of the collection bag.
Undesirable side effects :
•
Feeling of temporary discomfort disappearing with the
cap removal and deployment of the bag
•
Local skin irritation
•
Stool leakages
•
Unpleasant smells and odours
Instructions for use:

Before setting-up the base plate
•
Wash your hands
•
Cut the skin barrier to the size of your stoma
the measuring guide, remaining within the maximum
possible cut-out and always allowing 2 to 3mm around
your stoma (B): it should not be strangled by the base
plate.

Preparing the skin
•
Gently clean the peristomal area with warm water
•
Do not use any ether, alcohol or other antiseptics.
•
Carefully dab dry.

Placing the base plate
•
Remove the protective cover (D).
•
Place the base plate around your stoma taking care to
place the 3 buttons at the top (E).
•
Carefully press the skin barrier onto the skin.

Placing a capsule or a pouch
Capsule case
•
Make sure the capsule cap is closed, if you are not sure
apply pressure with your fingers around the capsule cap
to close it ;
•
Hold the capsule by the side edges (the guiding tab
should point downwards). Insert the guiding tab into one
of the slots at the bottom of the base plate (depending
on which way you want to use the product)
•
The safety button must be placed opposite the upper tab
(G)
to have the capsule cap well centered on the base
plate ;
•
Interlock the two rings by pressing them together
starting at the bottom
Closed pouch case
•
Separate the sides of the pouch by crumpling it slightly
(A)

to allow air to enter; Grasp the pouch by the side wings
(I);
•
Insert the guiding tab located at the bottom of the
pouch coupling ring into one of the slots at the bottom
of the support ring (depending on the orientation you
wish to give to your product)
•
Interlock the two rings by pressing them together
(C).
starting at the bottom and press the two rings
•
Place your thumbs under the base plate's ring to obtain a
better grip and so to avoid pressing against the abdomen
•
Finalize the coupling of the two rings by pressing
together from bottom to top all the way round
•
Clip the capsule's upper tab on the corresponding base
button
