The hardness of the water is possible expressed in French degrees (°F) or
German degrees (°D). The difference is noticeable in the following equation:
1 ° F = 0.56 ° D. For example, water having a hardness of 40 ° F has a German
hardness of 40 x 0.56 = 22.4 ° D. See the in your area prescribed hardness of
drinking water. Hard water can cause problems by means of lime scale from
30°F or 17°D.
When hardened water is now warmed / heated / or being pumped (or when
hard water comes in contact with air), this can cause calcification. Hard water is
caused mainly by the presence of two components: calcium and magnesium.
So the harder the water, the more chances on lime scale! When cleaning with
high temperatures (or at using heated water) , you obtain thus faster calcification
in case of a low hardness! This can therefore result in loss of energy efficiency,
higher energy consumption and reduced capacity of water supply (including
calcium deposits on the burner coil and other water connection parts).
We, DIBO NV, therefore recommend to decalcify the machines with a burner
preventive additionally and after use of hot water rinse adequate with cold
water (if possible) to ensure optimum performance of the machine!

The type of high pressure pump depends on the type of cleaner
(see "Technical data" on page 43 ). Info: if the pump builds up less pressure
for a period of 30 seconds (less than 10 bar), the cleaner will give an error
message on the display.
5 T R A I L E R ( N OT W I T H A B U I LT- I N V E R S I O N )
The machine is build on a trailer.
6 WAT E R TA N K
The water tank is an reservoir that is assembled between the water system (tap)
and the high pressure pump. The water tank prevents that there may appear
pressure impulses in the water system. Pressure impulses appears by switching
on and off the spray jet. The water tank prevents under all circumstances that
there penetrates chemicals in the water system. The tank has also an overflow
(extra protection) for draining the excess of water (at possible malfunctioning of
the float or unfiltered filling through the cap of the water tank, see below) and a
drain tap at the front of the trailer to drain the water manually.
We suggest to transport the trailer only with empty water tank!
Note: the cap on the water tank should NOT be used to fill
the tank. Filling through the cap may in no case be done,
the supplied water will not pass through the water filter
(water supply is not filtered). DiBO is not responsible for
possible damage caused by improper use of the cap.
The cap should ONLY be used to add any anti-freeze in the water tank and
to check the water level of the water tank through the float system or any
maintenance on the float system/tank.
Please also add no other products (such as
chemical products, ...) in the water tank!
7 WAT E R F I LT E R
The water supply is purged with the water filter.

The burner motor drives both, the fuel pump and the ventilator.
The burner motor switches on as soon as the burner switch is switched on.
9 F U E L P U M P
The fuel pump is driven by the burner motor. On the fuel pump is an magnetic
valve assembled witch makes that the fuel either gets to the burner or gets back
to the fuel tank.
10 V E N T I L ATO R
The ventilator makes sure that there is sufficient air for the combustion and
also for the cooling of the burner wall. The ventilator is driven electrically and is
mounted at the bottom of the burner.
