The setting of the net revolution number is made by
controlling the mechanism placed on the wrapper
right side.
The available range of net winding revolutions is:
1.5--2--2.5--3--3.5--4--4.5--5--5.5--6.
The number of revolutions depends on the rotation
speed of the cam, re. 1; a fast rotation corresponds to
a low number of net revolutions, a slow rotation
corresponds to a higher number.
The screw, re. 2, that fastens the connecting rod, re.
3, in the lower part can be fitted in two positions: posi-
tion (A) and position (B).
The position (A) is almost in the center of the drive
shaft, thus, unlike position (B) it controls the connec-
ting rod with a shorter stroke.
The connecting rod, re. 3, in the upper position can
be fastened in seven different positions of the lever,
re. 4, where position 1 controls a fast movement and
position 7 a slowest movement.
The table next to fig. 11 explains how to select the
revolutions. Select the one corresponding to bale di-
ameter "120" for FB 212 and FB 212 L model round GA FB 12L and 15L
balers and bale diameter "150" for FB 215 L model
round balers.
The cam, re. 1, completing the rotation, releases the
catch, re. 5 fig. 11; the lever, re. 6, once cleared, lets
the knife, re. 2, fig. 6, drop, cutting the net.
