Displays Description
LED lights up green: Energy
manager is ready for operation.
Status On/Off
LED lights up green: Internet
connection established
Internet status
LED flashes blue. Hotspot mode,
no client connected.
LED lights up blue: Hotspot mode,
WiFi status
at least one client connected.
LED flashes green: Client mode,
no WiFi connection available.
LED lights up green: Client mode,
WiFi connection available.
LED lights up or flashes blue:
Parallel operation in client mode is
possible.
Displays Description
LED flashes green: Searching for
PLC network connection.
LED lights up green: PLC network
Status of connection in place.
Powerline
LED flashes blue. Enabling DHCP.
Communication
LED lights up blue: DHCP (for PLC
(PLC) network
only) is active and PLC network
connection is in place.
LED lights up green: Network
connection in place.
Ethernet status
On: LED lights up green during
communication (currently not
assigned).
RS485/CAN
status
LED flashes or lights up yellow:
Fault present.
LED lights up red: Functions
Fault status restricted.
Controls Description
e Producing a WiFi connection
using the WPS function:
Briefly press the WPS button
WPS button
(only network connection is
possible as a client).
e Enable WiFi: Briefly press WiFi
button.
e Disable WiFi: Press and hold
WiFi button
WiFi button for more than
(hotspot)
1 second.
Controls Description
e Enable PLC connection:
Briefly press the PLC pairing
button.
e Enable energy manager as
PLC pairing
button
DHCP server (for PLC
connections only): Press and
hold the PLC pairing button
for more than 10 seconds.
e PLC connection to a client:
Briefly press the PLC pairing
button again.
e Restart the device: Press the
Reset button for less than
5 seconds.
e Reset passwords: Press and
Reset button
hold the Reset and CTRL
buttons for 5 to 10 seconds.
e Reset device to factory
CTRL button settings: Press and hold the
Reset and CTRL buttons for
more than 10 seconds.
This overwrites all current
settings.
