COVERS AND FUEL TANK INSTALLATION

1. Install:
9 Fuel tank 1
9 Fuel hose
TIP
When you install the fuel tank, securely
engage the projection of fuel tank with the
grommet of fuel tank bracket 2.
2. Install:
9 Front cover 1
TIP
Place the projection of fuel tank 2 into the
groove at the rear of front cover 1, and install
them.
3. Install:
9 Control unit cover
9 Ground (earth) lead
9 Fuel cock knob
4. Install:
9 Recoil starter handle 1
TIP
Tie up starter rope 2 at position a 10 – 30
mm (0.39 – 1.18 in) away from its end.
5. Install:
9 Rear cover 2 1
TIP
Insert the projection of fuel tank 2 into the
groove at the rear of rear cover 2 1, and
install them.
6. Install:
9 Fuel tank cap
9 Side cover left
9 Side cover right
9 Rear cover 1
