OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
5.1 APPLICATIONS
This plate is suitable for compacting granular soils, gravel and cobblestones. Plates with spray can be
used to compact asphalt.
Typical applications for compacting soils are granular fillers in water networks, telephone, medium-width
ditches, around pipes, foundations and paths or pavements for pedestrians and bicycles.
Asphalt compacting applications include patching and repairing potholes in roads.
