CONDICIONES DE UTILIZACIÓN 3.1 ¡ATENCIÓN! LEA Y ENTIENDA TODAS LAS INSTRUCCIONES AREA DE TRABAJO MANTENGA su zona de trabajo limpia y bien iluminada. NO HAGA FUNCIONAR herramientas con motor eléctrico o térmico en atmósferas explosivas, así como en presencia de líquidos inflamables, gases, o polvo. MANTENGA a espectadores, niños y visitantes alejados mientras este funcionando la herramienta. - Page 7 DESCONECTAR él enchufe de la alimentación antes de realizar ajustes, cambiar accesorios o almacenar la herramienta. ALMACENE las herramientas no utilizadas fuera del alcance de niños y personas sin conocimientos de la herramienta. CONSERVE en buen estado la herramienta. REVISE el descentrado de las partes móviles, rotura de partes y cualquier otra condición que pueda afectar al funcionamiento de la herramienta.

PUESTA EN MARCHA, FUNCIONAMIENTO Y MANTENIMIENTO DE LA MÁQUINA 4.1 ANTES DE INICIAR EL TRABAJO 1.-Antes de iniciar los trabajos se deberá comprobar el correcto funcionamiento de todos los dispositivos de manejo y seguridad. 2.-CON MOTOR DE GASOLINA. Inspeccionar las conexiones de la clavija y del interruptor cada 100 horas de trabajo. Limpiar periódicamente la carcasa del motor para prevenir sobrecalentamiento. Después de trabajos de mantenimiento y servicio se deberá montar correctamente todos los dispositivos de seguridad. Cada 12 meses o con más frecuencia dependiendo de las condiciones de uso se recomienda que sea revisado por un taller autorizado. -

RECOMENDACIONES DE UTILIZACIÓN Las reglas son utilizadas para la vibración y el acabado de los suelos. El trabajo necesita el uso de guías para trabajar sobre el hormigón. Antes de empezar, las guías se deben nivelar y ajustar. OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE 4.1 GETTING STARTED Before working, make sure that all the security devices are operating under normal conditions. WITH PETROL ENGINE: Read the motor manufacturer´s manual. Do not work in rooms with scarce ventilation. Make sure there is no flammable good near to the escape. Check the petrol level in the reservoir (pay attention 2 stroke petrol an oil 4% and 4 stroke unleaded gas). -

The permitted heating of the cable according to VDE standard (minimum transversal section table required). I.e. For 10 A, according to table for 15 A or less, the section is of 1 mm Therefore, the section chosen is equal to 4 mm , always chose the highest transversal section of the two verifications. -

4.3.2 MAINTENANCE WITH ELECTRIC MOTOR The operating of the electric parts must be done by a specialist. During the maintenance, secure that the device is disconnected from the power source. Always use original parts by every maintenance operation. The bearings of the motor do not need a periodic maintenance. Inspect the plug, the socket as well as the cables every 100 Hours. -

RECOMENDATIONS OF USE The screeds are used to the vibration and the finishing of the floors. You can work directly on the superficy with guides. Before starting the guides must be adapted. Then the steel structure is posed on the concrete mass . The screed is laid over the guides and the work can start. RECOMMANDATIONS D’UTILISATION Les règles sont utilisées pour la vibration et la finition des sols. Le travail ne nécessite pas l'utilisation de guides, on peut travailler directement sur le béton. Avant de commencer, les guides doivent être nivellés et ajustés. Ensuite, la structure en acier se pose sur le béton à vibrer.Enfin, le béton est versé. Die Backe auflockern und die Profileisen verlängern, so lang wie sie gebraucht werden, die Backe nachziehen. Bringen Sie den Motor in Gang. Stellen Sie die Schnelligkeit des Motores mit dem Geshebel ein, um ein richtiges Rütteln zu erhalten. Rütteln Sie die Bettonplatte durch Ziehen des Abziehbohlens am Griff des Motores oder mit den Ziehhaken auf beiden Seiten der Profile. -

Nach Service- und Wartungsarbeiten alle Teile der Sicherheitvorrichtungen wieder richtig zusammenbauen. Je nach Einsatzbedingungen alle 12 Monate, oder öfter, in einer Vertragwerkstatt überholen lassen. Die Schrauben täglich überprüfen. Vergewissern Sie sich alle 100 Betriebsstunden, daß genug Öl in der Unwucht vorhanden ist. 4.5 LAGERUNG Die Anlage stets an einem sauberen, trockenen und geschützten Ort aufbewahren, wenn sie für eine längere Zeit nicht benutzt werden soll. -
