PREPARATION:
4 kale leaves
1 Wash kale leaves and apples. Cut into pieces.
2 Put kale leaves and apple pieces through the Juice Filter, alternating
the two, and ending with an apple piece.
RED CABBAGE & APPLE JUICE
Simply replace kale with 450g red cabbage and remove 1 apple.
GREEN CABBAGE & APPLE JUICE
Simply replace kale with 450g green cabbage and remove 1
apple.
AUTUMN JUICE

PREPARATION:
3 pears
1 stalk of celery*
1 Wash pears and celery. Peel ginger. Put through the Juice Filter.
*Allergens: this recipe contains celery.
Extra Pep AUTUMN JUICE
Simply add ½ teaspoon of royal jelly and ½ teaspoon of sesame
seeds* to glass.
