Igniting and adjusting

A symbol near the control knob indicates which burner is being controlled.
Lighting burners with spark ignition
0-setting/closed position
Push and turn the control knob counter
clockwise until it reaches the full setting.

The burner ignites.
The control knob must be held down for
low setting
about 5 seconds due to the flame failure

When the burner does not ignite, check whether:
- the burner cap is placed on top of the burner correctly;
- the burner/spark plug is clean and dry.
Each burner can be adjusted continuously between the full and low positions.
