sequent owner to ensure that the infor-
mation contained therein is available at
all times. Failure to adhere to the safety
instructions and directions may result in
electric shock, fire, and/or serious injury.
Intended purpose
This electric chainsaw is to be used only
by one person and only for sawing wood.
Materials such as plastic, stone, metal or
wood containing foreign objects (e.g. nails
or screws) must not be machined.
The chainsaw is designed for employment
in the do-it-yourselfer sector. It was not
designed for continuous employment in
the commercial sector.
The device is designed for use by adults.
Young people over 16 years old may use
the chainsaw under supervision only. The
manufacturer is not liable for damages,
which were caused through use in appli-
cations for which it was not designed, or
incorrect operation.
Notes on safety
This section deals with the basic safety
regulations while working with the electric
chainsaw.
An electric chainsaw is a dangerous
device, which can cause serious or
even fatal injuries with incorrect or
careless use. Thus, for your own
safety and the safety of others, you
should always take note of the in-
structions on safety and, in case of
difficulties, consult a specialist for
advice.
